Returns Policy

Returns Information:

All returns are subject to our terms and conditions.The buyer’s attention is in particular drawn to the provisions of condition 6 on our Terms and Conditions page.

Should you wish to return any item to us then you should first make contact with us so that we may know to expect the delivery of the returned item.

In the case of incorrect, damaged, or defective goods, we will pay the cost of return carriage provided that you make contact so that we may nominate the carrier for their return. If you do not permit us to nominate the carrier, then we may not refund the full cost of return carriage.

All returned items should be in their original condition, including packaging. Any item which a customer wishes to return which is not incorrect, damaged or defective should be returned in its original packaging, unopened, with any shrink wrap and/or seals still intact.

Following receipt and inspection of any returned item, we will arrange a refund or dispatch a replacement as appropriate.
