Q: Can I collect in person?
A: Yes of course you can, we have a trade counter and showroom at our premises on Walton Summit in Preston which is open during normal weekday trading hours. Unfortunatly we are not open at weekends.
Q: What are the opening times?
A: We are open 8am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 4pm on Friday.
Q: Can you demonstrate the products?
A: We actually prefer to show you the products in person because it ensures that they are suitable for your requirements. We have a fully equiped demonstration area for welding and plasma cutting but please give us a call to arrange an appointment.
Q: Can you give technical advice.
A: Our technical support is second to none in the industry and it what our reputation is based on. We have many years of experience in the welding industry and we endeavour to offer appropriate advice when ever possible.
Q: Can you repair products.
A: We have a service department with fully qualified engineers who will consider repairing almost anything.
Q: If a product has a warranty how to I claim.
A: Most of the equipment we sell will carry a warranty and the terms will be set out by the manufacturer. We have our own engineers who can test the items to ensure it is a warranty claim and if it is a valid claim we will handle it for you. Warranty only covers manufacturers defects which are quite rare nowadays but occasionally things do go wrong, over use, abuse or accidental damage will not normally be covered by warranty conditions. You are expected to return the faulty item to us at your cost unless we have a prior arrangement or we are making a good will gesture. Please refer to our conditions of sale for more details.
Q: Do you deliver Worldwide?
A: Sorry no we don't, we only trade within the UK and please refer to our delivery information page if you are in the Scottish Highland, Scottish Isles or UK offshore islands.
